What if a product is out of stock?

We will make sure to notify you immediately and offer a delayed delivery or alternative scheduling.

What if there’s an issue with my product?

We offer a 7-day replacement policy. If our technician confirms a fault with the product after a site visit, we will provide a replacement.

What does the warranty cover?

The H2Oasis bundle comes with a 1-year warranty that covers the entire machine.
External damages occurring after installation are not covered.

Can I get free services after installation?

Yes, you are eligible for free services for 1 year from the date of installation. This covers maintenance and support to ensure your product functions smoothly.

What if I move to a new location?

If you move to another place within the UAE, we provide free reinstallation of your product at your new location.

What happens after the 1-year warranty expires?

Once your 1-year warranty expires, you can opt for our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). The AMC includes a 1-year warranty, 1 year of free service, and free reinstallation if you relocate within the UAE.

How much does the AMC cost after the warranty period?

The AMC costs AED 2,000 per year and can be extended for subsequent years, allowing you to maintain coverage and support for your product.

Can I purchase now and pay later in 4 or 6 instalments?

Yes, using Tamara or Tabby, you can purchase now and pay in instalments according to their criteria.

Do I need an account to make a purchase?

Yes, customers must create an account to purchase products from our website. Please keep your account credentials secure.

Can I get a referral code without buying the product?

No, you cannot. A referral code is only provided after purchasing the product.

What happens if my account is misused?

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any misuse, violation of terms, or fraudulent activity.

How does the referral program work?

After purchasing the H2Oasis bundle, you’ll receive a unique referral code by email. Share this code with others, and if they make a successful purchase using your code, you’ll receive a 2,000 AED referral bonus in your NasNet account.

Can I earn referral bonuses from people referred by someone I referred?

No, the referral bonus is only applicable for direct referrals. You’ll receive the 2,000 AED bonus only if a purchase is made using your code directly.

How much referral earnings can I store in my account?

Yes, the maximum referral earnings you can store in your NasNet account is 50,000 AED.

How do I withdraw money from my account?

You can withdraw funds from your NasNet account to your bank account at any time, with a minimum withdrawal limit of 2,000 AED.
Please note that all amounts withdrawn from your account will be credited either directly to your bank account or transferred via the exchange houses. The Telr platform (payment gateway) will not be used to make any account related transactions.

We accept various payment methods, including debit/credit cards and other options like Tabby and Tamara through our secure payment gateway.
